02Cookies, analytics and tracking
None from this site. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising tools, and has no forms. The only exception is a demo video you choose to play (see 03). If you choose a light or dark theme, your browser remembers that choice in its own local storage, on your device; it is never sent to us.
03Fonts and videos
The typefaces (IBM Plex, open-source) are served from this domain. No font requests go to Google or any other third party.
The demo videos are hosted on YouTube and embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Until you press play, the page shows a still image served from this domain and nothing is loaded from YouTube. When you press play, the player loads from YouTube: Google receives your IP address and browser details, and may store information on your device, as described in its own privacy policy. You can also watch the videos directly on YouTube.
Images, video stills and the public demo are served from this domain.
04Server logs
Like any website, the hosting provider records technical logs of requests (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) to operate and protect the service. These logs are kept for technical purposes only, for the period set by the provider, and are not used to profile visitors.
05Emails you send
If you write to us, we use your message and contact details only to reply and, if you ask for one, to prepare an offer. They are not shared with anyone else and are kept for as long as the correspondence, and any contract that follows from it, requires, or as the law requires.
Legal bases: server logs and the click-to-play video embed rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, readable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); replies to your emails are steps you request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Google may process video requests in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
06The public demo
The Tender Response Pack demo runs entirely in your browser. Anything you paste into it is processed on your device and is not sent to us. The demo may keep your work in your browser’s local storage, which you can clear from your browser settings at any time.
07Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to roberto.alberio@
